The school distributes a variety of publications that contain information regarding the school and its financial aid programs. If you do not have any of the following information, and wish to obtain it, it will be furnished upon request:

  • The financial aid programs that are available to students
  • The methods by which financial aid is distributed
  • The requirements for applying for financial aid
  • The rights and responsibilities of students receiving financial aid
  • The cost of attending the school
  • The school withdrawal policy
  • The school refund policy and the federal return of Title IV funds requirements, including the order in which financial aid is refunded
  • General information about the school’s academic programs, facilities, and faculty
  • The staff and office hours of Financial Aid Office, where current and prospective students may obtain financial aid information
  • The facilities and services available to handicapped students
  • The rights and responsibilities of students under Family Education Right to Privacy Act
  • The regulatory agencies that accredit, approve, or license the school and its programs
  • The standards of satisfactory academic progress required of students
  • The graduation rate of students at the school
  • The terms and conditions for deferral of repayment or cancellation of federal student loans

The above information may be requested in person, by telephone, or in writing to the Financial Aid Office.

The school distributes to all current and prospective students the campus security policy and campus crime statistics annually by October 1. The school also distributes to all current and prospective students information relative to substance abuse. This information may also be requested from the Financial Aid Office during the hours of operation posted at that office.
